Bike lane, white plastic sticks, crosswalks, sidewalk, all violated by drivers. Portland Elementary School occupies the left corner. The others are residential. Northwest Parkway & Cedar Grove Terrace. The problem is irresponsible drivers. Decrease the gravity defying speed.
