We want to partner with someone to finance, develop and operate cafes/grills/coffee shops on Market Street, Frankfort Avenue and Fourth Street.
Frankfort Avenue is in a great neighborhood and has the lowest startup costs.
Market Street is just south of Whiskey Row and the arena, has strong sidewalk traffic at lunch and ten hotels within walking distance.
Fourth Street has hungry UofL students & employees.
Both Market and Frankfort need significant rehab.
We can go with a simple menus served outdoors or more complicated models utilizing ground, second and third floor facilities.
